We know “curriculum” can sound a little too academic and intimidating. That’s not what this is.

At the Leadership University, we bring a blend of real-world leadership in challenging environments and years of collegiate teaching experience. This isn’t abstract theory or endless circles of
pontification. Instead, it’s a structured plan for your growth—a clear, step-by-step path to becoming the leader people want to follow.

Our curriculum is designed in three simple, progressive stages:

1. L100 Series: Lead Yourself First. The foundation of leadership is self-leadership. If you can’t
   lead yourself well, you can’t lead others. In this series, you’ll learn how to get organized,
   optimize your time and resources, and build habits that create capacity for growth.

2. L200 Series: Connect with Others. Leadership is a people business. These courses help you
   strengthen your ability to build authentic relationships, create environments where people feel
   seen and valued, and foster trust that drives performance.

3. L300 Series: Build and Lead Teams. Leadership is also a team sport. Here you’ll learn how to form and develop effective teams, shape culture intentionally, and design sustainable
   systems that make your team stronger than the sum of its parts.

The courses don’t brush over mega-themes with broad strokes. We dive deep into specific topics and break them down into step-by-step actions for you to apply them immediately to the teams you lead.
